Mabel's Ride
For many of our neighbors, getting to their doctor’s appointment or life-saving treatment can be a hurdle to overcome. That’s where Mabel’s Ride’s five-vehicle fleet can help.
Mabel’s Ride doesn’t take the place of an ambulance for emergent care, but it does take the stress out of arranging transportation for many patients. This free round-trip transportation service launched in 2019 and now exclusively supports oncology and, as of earlier this year, certain cardiology patients, taking them directly to their healthcare provider or pharmacy of choice and home again.
In addition to providing top-notch service and receiving high praise from patients, Mabel’s Ride also has proven results when it comes to reducing appointment cancellations and no-shows, meaning more of our neighbors are accessing care and addressing their health needs in a timely manner.
